Problem Solvers Run The World.

Problem Solvers Run The World.

Less effort: high rewards ratio

Have you ever wondered how specific individuals do less but earn more while others do more but earn less?

Hold your horses; we are diving deeper into my thoughts on why this is the case. Problem-solving is an essential skill because we live in a world that needs more solutions than ever before; at least, that's what I believe through observing the nature of this world. If you can provide solutions to all the world's problems, imagine where you would be and what you would become. Well, that's impossible if you ask me, at least for a normal human being.

The United Nations (UN) and other sources you might find online share similarities regarding the world problems that currently exist. Fun fact, one of the most successful and well-paid individuals in the world is at least problem solving one of the world's problems. If you can problem-solve, you receive special treatment from this world.

Being a problem solver is a very lucrative skill. The individuals you believe are "overpaid" contribute to solving world problems. The higher their contribution is, the higher their pay &, the more prestigious they become. According to the Indeed career site, an average problem solver earns a base salary of $2 949/month in the United States. This also applies globally, and problem-solvers are getting special treatment. Are these people getting paid more? Yes, do these people work harder and longer than all other careers? No.

All the highest paying jobs, most successful individuals, and most successful companies have one thing in common: problem-solving. The Tech world has made things faster and easier to solve, that is, problem-solving on its own, which explains why tech companies are leading on being the most successful companies in the world. Some problems are even solved automatically, thanks to the automation by the tech industry. Less effort is made to solve problems, but the rewards are higher; that's where problem solvers get this effort to reward ratio to their advantage.

Next time you wake up, try to think about what you can solve. Being aware of this alone puts you in front, and taking action is a big brain move because the world needs problem solvers. Look at it this way, every company and workspace has its problems. If you as an individual can tackle that problem and provide solutions, trust me, you're not missing the next raise. If you can open a business that solves a problem, that would be the most lucrative move. Amazon spotted a problem and provided a solution; now, people order in the comfort of their homes, and the system saves them time and energy. If you can engineer something, write a program or code, fix something, or build something that provides solutions to world problems, you're already ahead. I'm not a business expert, but problem-solving makes your business stand out.

Time to release your horses!, I don't know about you but I'm off to brainstorm my next problem-solving ideas.
